I thought we would push the envelope, and take a look at fly fishing for barramundi.

I went down to catch up with the boys at Tie ‘N’ Fly Outfitters, at Buddina Beach on the Sunshine Coast.

Capt Gavin Platz was very helpful and spent quite a bit if time, explaining the basics of fly fishing to me as I am just a novice.

Gavin recommended two particular salt water flies for barramundi fishing.
